Subject: [PATCH] Inline barant.com stylesheets into barant.jet head

APIServer has no static-file serving, only #api-declared routes, so the
original relative /css/main.css and /css/control.css <link> tags 404d.
Fetched both stylesheets from barant.com and embedded them directly in
a <style> block instead.
